I lost 10 pounds in 1
month with Team Lloyd and I joined simply because
regular gyms bore me to death. What I found though
surpassed my wildest expectations. We get an amazing
cardio and all over body workout that is FUN. I
never walk out of there without being drenched in
sweat. The best part is that we get to wear gloves
and hit things!! The instructors are very mindful of
form to prevent injuries, but not so hard core that
they suck the fun out of your workout. This place is
great and very reasonably priced! What are you

Wow, what
can I say about Ultimate Fitness Kickboxing...it has
changed my life. I feel STRONG! It kicks my butt
every class, but when I leave I feel great. I am
stronger and really committed to my health...like
never before. I can honestly say I am addicted and
don't know what I would do without these classes.
The UFK classes have also allowed me to establish
some great friendships while getting in shape...What

I definitely
went from a lazy college student with no

I have been lifting weights since
college but always lacked the motivation
to do cardio. Eventually I realized I
had to start some sort of cardio, but
needed something both challenging and
fun. A friend recommended TLI's
Kickboxing classes and I thought I would
give them a try. I had tried a few other
Martial Arts schools before TLI, but I
was not prepared for my first class with
Chau! Half way through the class I
realized I was hooked. Now, five months
later, I still feel like I get an
incredible workout after each class.
